Delivery Information

UK Mainland and Northern Ireland 

We are pleased to be able to offer free standard delivery on all mainland UK orders over £45 (except for our non standard items including 'giant' animals).

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days, normally using a courier service.

Republic of Ireland 

We are pleased to offer shipping to the Republic of Ireland at a flat rate cost of £12.00, this is inclusive of all our products and any value. Free shipping on orders over £45 does not apply to ROI and is only available to Mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Express Delivery

We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry. If so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day or express delivery and we will do our best to accommodate any special request and get your parcel sent out as soon as possible.   There is likely to be an additional charge to cover the extra postage charges.

International Orders

We are not currently supporting international orders but plan to do so in the future

Returns Policy

We hope that you are very happy with your purchase, however should you wish to return your item please do so within 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
When returning an item you will need to pay the return shipping costs.
  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.
    
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, for example; calendars, diaries, gift cards and some health & personal care items.
 

How to Return an Item 

Please email us at bydesigngifts@loros.co.uk prior to return, including your name, postcode, order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
  • We recommend that you use signed for, insured delivery and keep the receipt
  • We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Books and clothes with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Please return to the address below and ensure that you include your name, postcode and order number in the package.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you whether your return has been approved.   

Provided the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible, although please be aware it can take some time to appear in your account. 

Late or missing refunds

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to bydesigngifts@loros.co.uk as soon as possible and we will then advise whether we have replacement stock.  Please ensure that you include your name, postcode and order number in the package and send the item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
